Take him to a vet asap. Tell him you found him in the street. You'll want to make sure he doesn't have worms or any illnesses, and you'll also want to get him neutered and vaccinated too.
Get it a litterbox and a small dogbed for the desk so it doesn't fall out/off. Find some decent wet or dry food and make sure it has fresh water available to it throughout the day. Get its shots done and get it spayed or neutered once it's about six months old/5lbs in weight.
And you love that little motherfucker with all of your heart.

This is obviously bait BUT, if your cat tolerates warm water well, then you can do this while (duh) keeping the head out of the water to check for fleas. A couple minutes is just what you need, since any fleas will run to the head and be easy to spot.

Here's a tip. Pet, play with, cuddle him all the time. That way he'll end up cuddly and show affection all the time instead of running around and breaking stuff like a feral cat.
