Bobcats don't tolerate urban environments unless their food sources dwindle elsewhere. There more than likely a population problem in that area.
The only bobcats I've ever seen were when I was younger and hunted. They are very easy to spook and the sounds in the video are common to hear. It's always been described in my area as a human infant crying. .

my dad and I used to set traps for bobcats at our last house. we could only do it when one of us would be home because they are loud as shit and you cant have that animal screaming all day.
