Hello /an/ i just got this two little guys (like 1-2 cms/ less than an inch) from my pool who got into nature mode (no chlorine for months) and i wanted to know what are they
One is a beetle with fins who can swim very well and the other one is like a chrimp

No clue about the shrimp but I assume the bug is a water boatman. It's hard to tell from the blur you posted
It could be a stonefly larva
I don't know a great deal about aquatic shit, but the first pic is definitely a diving/water beetle. The second bug appears to be the larval form of the beetle.
forgot to mention this is southern hemisphere so is cold as fuck , thats why we let the pool rot
but i guess bot are beetles ,the chrimp looks like a larva beetle

Maybe ditiscus or notonectidae for the bug, the other one is a larva but not sure which one
