Give it some water and fresh vegetables. If you do not have any vegetables, just leave it some water.
You really need to get it veterinary care. Wounds from cats can become infected incredibly easily.

If it isn't bleeding, then I don't see the problem. Any cleaning he is going to do to it won't help. The vet needs to clean the wounds properly and give antibiotics because a cat fucked it up. Cat bites and scratches can put people in the hospital if not properly treated...

Even if the bleeding has stopped, cat bites/scratches almost always turn into horrible infections, especially in young animals like that. It might look fine, but without intervention it is most likely fucked.

Take it to the vet/animal rescue. The thing about cotton tails is that they have extremely sensitive immune / digestive systems (generally parent rabbits feed them special poop known as cecotropes) so they likewise have high mortality rates when humans attempt to raise them. Bottom line being, the wound is only the first of many challenges to raising the little bugger.

Drop it off at the vet on your way to work or find an 24 hour emergency vet. Bites can get infected quickly and kill the thing. Look at vet hours in your area to make sure you could even bring the rabbit in after you get off work. Many close early or require an appointment after a certain time.
Is it a wild rabbit or a pet? If it is wild call a wildlife rehab and they will take care of the rabbit

Tomorrow is ideal. The bunny looks young still and this is a lot of stress that has been put on its little body. Try to keep it confined to a small place, keep it warmish, try not to handle it, and make sure it has food and water. Keep where the bunny is staying as clean as possible (as in not in the bathroom on the floor) as you dont want the wound to get infected. Best of luck!

Wildlife rehab is the best option, or if the cut has stopped bleeding and nothing's hanging off, put it outside in a safe spot. You can pay to take it to the vet if you want, but baby rabbits usually die in captivity and the stress of being kept in a box, transported, examined and medicated will likely kill it. Infection from the wound can kill it too, but unfortunately it doesn't stand much of a chance either way.
