Hey /an/. I am currently writing a book which will take place in a desert. Can you recommend any documentaries (singles or series) about them? Where they go into flora/fauna but also into some kind of tribes and most importantly how to stay alive if you would get lost in one? Did discovery chanel/national geographic did something decent about them?

would be great!

Watch "Africa", its on netflix and has an entire episode dedicated to the Sahara

There are some ants that live there that are silver, its pretty cool

thx guys. did you recommended desert seas just because its a great document? because from what I found it handles about well, the sea - which in fact interests me too. i just want to make sure i found the right "deserts sea" but i guess i did since its attenborough :^)
