I've got a 3-4 month old kitten who I'm not sure is ill. Her gums are a bit pale, as pictured, and she gags out of nowhere followed by shivering. And yet, she eats and drinks well, her eyes and nose are clear, she's playful, and her breathing seems to be normal. She isn't at all lethargic. What do?
1) wait it out and see what happens
2) take it to a vet
2.1) if you can't afford a vet right now then ask about payment plans
it's probably best to put it down now

Honestly, just take it to the vet. Or when you go to a check-up, mention it to the doctor.
Or, just like any other cat, it. Could just have the occasional hair ball.

do hair balls make gums pale? just curious
1. How long have symptoms been occurring?
2. Vaccinations? (If not, get it done you piece of shit)

I've only had her for two weeks, so since then. As far as I'm concerned she hasn't been vaccinated and was a stray, I took her off a friend's hands. I'll be taking her to get her vaccinations asap

I'll ask when I take her to get spayed and to get her vaccinations. Kill two birds with one stone, you feel?
