You should name him Jugemu-jugemu Gokōnosurikire Kaijarisuigyo-no Suigyōmatsu Unraimatsu Fūraimatsu Kūnerutokoroni-sumutokoro Yaburakōjino-burakōji Paipopaipo-paiponoshūringan Shūringanno-gūrindai Gūrindaino-ponpokopīno-ponpokonāno Chōkyūmeino-chōsuke.
(Sorry, Fullmetal Alchemist joke).
In all seriousness though, if it's a speaking bird, a simple name is best, one that's one or two syllables at most, so the bird can learn to say it and associate it with himself. I have a friend who house-sits for a family that owns a bird names Archimedes Gallifrey Tam, and that's just too much of a complicated name for him to master, so the bird just calls himself "Bird" when he wants to refer to himself (often just saying "good bird").
