Are there people who grow there plants from seeds?

Every year I grow most of my vegetables from seed.
This year, I have Tomatos (white-purple), Kiwanos and Achocha.
But I'll get a few more soon
Also, I sometimes grow (or at least try to) other plants, like Dragonfruit, true lotus or redwood (yes, the giant ones)

I grow all my cannabis from seed. It's the only way to go.
I'm growing pitcher plant hybrids from seed, this one is pretty strong, grows twice as fast than the rest. This is its first flower bud after its third dormancy.
I don't know if you guys can help me, but I have there coffee seed and they won't germinate, I tried everything it says on the packaging but it won't work.
