Yes, and in most civilized places it's illegal to sell them under 8. He's going to be all sorts of fucked up if he was actually taken from the parents at 3 weeks.

He is overall cool pet not aggressive or hyperactive type just barks alot sometimes which to my understanding is attention seeking bark bc he relax if i attend him, not very bright tho in understanding my commands but his love conquerors everything. Yeah actually i want to know exactly what would be his adult size and weight bc it changes alot about his future. I might have to move into some hostel soon so it would be difficult to keep a large dog there

Actually his nose confuses lot of people about his breed actually this partial black nose isn't specific to his breed according to my med knowledge its more like navus bc there are som large black irregular navus on his upper palate and underbelly too. His nose is definitely pink
