This looks like a regular house spider, probably one of the Cheiracanthium genus.

All spiders are venomous to some degree but I've handled Cheiracanthium spiders many times with my bare hands and never had any issues with them biting me. Their venom is fairly weak, so even if it did bite you, it wouldn't really do anything except maybe sting or itch slightly.

Nothing to worry about.

It crawls up your anus and causes internal bleeding and clots , which can result in heart issues. It is extremely painful , I'd watch out if I was you.
