I was lucky enough to see this Barred Owl while hiking around on Mt. Kearsarge in NH. Never seen one of these beauties during the day around here before so it was a real treat.
Also in the cemetery behind my house I'll go out there at night in the summers since we have a few Great Horned Owls in the area.
