At what point should you start being seriously concerned about

At what point should you start being seriously concerned about a dog throwing up? The day before yesterday my dog had some milky white spit up, yesterday full blown vomited on the bed, and this morning just did the milky white spit again. She's the same as always behavior wise and there's nothing strange sitting out in the open for her to eat.

Probably acid reflux. Might have some stomach problems. My friends cat does that.

is she eating and drinking normally? any diarrhea? i'd wait another day, and if she throws up again, call the vet.
