Hey 4chan, I've been having problems with germinating cannabis seeds. I've tried twice with the same 4 seeds but they've never done anything. the conditions are attached in the photo. there are 3 clementine seeds in there rn because I was curious if I could germinate anything lol, I have about 20 new cannabis seeds and I don't want to ruin them germinating

wet warm paper towel, inside of two plates. Also have tried to put them in a cup of warm water but still nothing
