I have a pretty hard time dealing with cats due to their nature. When raising my cat I used to get so pissed that I would punish it very harshly.

No, in fact I like cats, generally. Of-course some are unfriendly and one in particular keeps shitting on my door mat, but over all I much prefer them to dogs or even people.

I hate some cats. Cats that were hand-reared by humans from kittens tend to be assholes. The two worst cats I know were feral kittens, one being found very young (maybe five weeks), the other was found too late (around six or seven months).
The one that was too young:

>growls and hisses
>I scoot around her, she hisses and runs away like a little bitch
The one that was too old:

My own cats are great, though. The youngest still play bites, but is very gentle and never leaves a mark. The older one is clumsy and accidentally scratches me a lot, but super sweet and cuddly.
Depends on the cat; I've met some who adored me, and other who never got used to me and avoided me at all costs.
Also, I'm allergic. No living animal is cuter than a kitten though, that's just the truth.

Negative enforcement does not work on cats, tricking them with positive reinforcement is the only thing that works. You can't train a cat, you trick it.
