Hey, /an/. Anyone know what this is? There's a few at my house lately and I've never seen them before. In case the picture quality isn't very clear, it's basically some big yellow fly-thing with green eyes. I've been ignoring them, but now I'm wondering if I should get rid of them.

Yeah, I just found it right now. Thanks for confirming it, though. Definitely looks like the picture and apparently they like some purple flower just like the ones that my mom got as a gift last month. I guess there were larvae in it. Am I right to assume that they're not a threat to me or my stuff? Can I just keep ignoring them?

Oh, ok. I guess I'll just ignore them. That flower is withering, so they'll probably die off eventually. They're kind of cute anyway.
