I don't think it's gone to shit, i mean yeah they don't have the personality that Matt does but he does have a family and a whole other channel he has to film for.
Honestly the fact that they have more staff is good for the animals and Matt's cause. Plus it gives us more time for PEW PEW PEW!
Also I'm pretty sure he has to constantly be on the lookout for Creepy Cooter so that probably takes time away from him being able to film vet ranch.
