Looks like a huntsman or wolf spider to me. Just an idea but you should probably do a little research on the local wildlife so you know what's safe and what to stay the hell away from.

that's a shed exo i think. probably wolf. wherever the previous owner is...she's bigger. and hungrier. and probably living in your boots so when you do the shitposting dance she bites your toes

I'd just let her go into an unused part of your home, they don't do very well outside in the colder months.
They're also excellent pest control. The Steatodas in my home always catch some little critter like a silverfish or even other spiders.
