Considering feeding my dog a raw food diet. Need advice to not potentially kill my dog with either bacterial infection or eating to much organ meat. Not looking to go overboard initially like buying a meat grinder etc.
Just wanna know the basics. I got a chihuahua and a German Shepard.

This, please OP. Even if you don't kill your dog, you could very easily deprive him of vitamins/minerals, or give him too much of something that could cause issues in later years.
If you want to go raw, please get a pre-packed, tested to have the right amounts of nutrition, raw diet from a pet shop or feed store.
