I'm buying a budgie soon.
What are some good sites/videos/guides I can follow to train it? I'm just talking training it to not be a loud fuck and to get attached to me, not bite etc

There are lots of tutorials on YouTube. Look for the ones done by an adult and not 10 year old kids.

That's going to be fucking impossible, anon. Especially when the videos are by ehow.
Look for a well rated book on amazon, or just google budgie care/training guides OP.

girls are generally quieter than boys... boys will chatter, sing, and try to talk nearly all day whereas girls do that significantly less... but i like the noise personally, and most of it is pleasant (a lot of singing, chirping, trying to sound like r2d2 and saying "i love you" ) and it isn't overwhelmingly loud... though they do make a couple of terrible loud noises here and there, it's not a big deal at all and just kinda funny rather than annoying

birds learn to not bite if you just tell them "no" and don't really react otherwise (you can also press your finger to their beak really gently/slow when you say it), and bonding just comes with interacting and spending time...
males are friendlier, babies are easier to tame, and handraised babies are immediately easy to bond with
