Did he vomit after he ate? Is he still taking fluids?
It is possible that since he was wild he over ate and puked it up. My cat was a stray when I got him and did this constantly until he realized he had a steady food source.
I go to the veterinary today and he say me he got the coryza (throat problem) now he got pills and he felt better
