this is virtually all schools, and virtually all men complain or try to complain about this.
Nothin' ever changes.
We're the disposable, expandable but somehow still oppressive sex, while women constantly need to be given more help, and bonuses.
That's the way the world works.
Complaining is pointless, and the only way you'll ever see change is through defecting to some culture where women are actually oppressed again.

also mention how women violate your safezone at the bus stop by glancing at you, how they harass you in the street by wearing skimpy clothes because they want to have sex with you, and how that allowing women to do things like enter buildings first while you have to submissively hold the door for them and not even get a thank you!
bottom line is I support you in your opinion, but it's up to you whether to try to go against some woman who will probably not relent due to supposed "sexism in technology and engineering industries" and the "wage gap"

You can say something, but they'll just take down the flyers assuming there isn't a legit reason to hire women.
For the most part you can only sue a company if they discriminated against you. Not if they just had a discriminatory policy when hiring new people. It's illegal but it's also easily fixed on their behalf.
