I spend most of my free time on 4chan. It's pretty much taken over my life. How do I stop coming here?

Just stop? You can quit cold turkey. It's a psychological addiction, not a physical one. Just need the strength of will.
If you don't have that, take your computer's power cord and hide it away from the computer, so whenever you want to surf the chan, it's a reminder that you're trying to stop, or at least slow down.
Other than that, get another hobby to take your time. I paint, and in highschool went on walks, grabbed a branch, and whittled it into a tiki looking totem, then stuck it into random people's lawns I was walking past when I finished.
Or just play a game on the computer, shit I dunno.

I'll admit it's not as great as it used to be but still, the very nature of the site means I'm going to be exposed to things I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Like say I go on /mu/ and find a new album I like in a sharethread, or learn something interesting on /his/. There's an endless amount of interesting content on this website because it's constantly being generated.
