Need help identifying this spot on my chin. Sore, no head like a pimple, only clear liquid and blood comes out when I drained. Sorry TMI
Just wash with a lot of soap. Dont get your dirty band on that things and leave i there. Id it doesn't go away within 2 wweks or so go see a specialist

It's probably some kind of ingrown hair or infected sweat gland, and the reason why you don't see any sebum when you lanced it is because it hasn't "come to a head" yet and it is in the beginning stages of the infection cycle.
It can be "brought to a head" quicker by applying a hot compress. If you go to a doctor, they will prescribe you oral antibiotics to treat the infection.
Pimples in the chin area apparently indicate hormonal imbalances or issues in the genital region, and once you resolve those issues they should stop reappearing. Something to think about.
That sounds like a pimple that you busted way too fast, you need to give it time to grow a head and dry out.

I don't think it's a pimple. It's an odd brownish purplish tint compared to the rest of my chin. The bump is also pretty large.

it's a cyst, the worst kind of pimple.
It starts as a huge red bump then grows into a white node, if you stab/drain it beforehand you will leave a dark marking because it has trouble healing with the fluid gone, your face is a little oily and has some blemishes, it's obviously a cyst

Good to know. I've never had one before, but I've had a ton of spider bites and thought maybe it was one of those. I handled it the way I usually did but garnered different results. Thought I'd come see what I could find here before heading to a doctor. Thanks.
