Sex is the most overrated thing in the world.
Our culture ascribes so much importance to it.
It matters if we've ever fucked or not.
It matters how many people we've fucked.
It matters how many times we've fucked.
It matters how long we've fucked.
It matters how well we've fucked.
People wanna know and control what other people do in bed. They want to judge them based on the sexual acts they have or have not committed.
They judge their partners based on how many other people they've had.
They judge straight and gay people, cis and trans people, men and women by different standards.
And the truth is, it doesn't matter. None of this matters. It's just sex. Do yourselves a favor and stop asserting so much meaningless importance to it. Just fuck people you wanna fuck and don't fuck whom you don't wanna fuck. Don't judge anybody because of their sexuality. Stop thinking about beauty standards, about nude pictures, about pornography, about religious norms concerning sex. Just do whatever you like.

People that don't have great sex lives will rant about how overrated it is.
People that are satisfied with their sex lives will tell you it isn't.
You're not going to get a straight answer because there isn't one. If you want to listen to a bunch of 20-something chill-bros and edgy teenage try-hards argue with each other about the endlessly intricate and complex nuances of human sex dynamics then stick around.
If you want to do something more productive, take your shoes off, bake them into a pie and eat them.
Its not that overrated but people tend to want to know about other people's sexuality. My advice is that you don't need to compare your sex life with others and even if you don't have a lot of sex or no sex at all, dont force yourself into it. Keep yourself busy with things you like to do and somewhere you'll find yourself some pussy to fuck or a hotdog in case you're a girl or a gayman
It's overrated, but that's not to say it's rubbish, only its importance is blown THAT FREAKING FAR out of proportion. Nothing could possibly deserve to be rated so highly, not even sex.

These two are correct. Sex is like water - when you can get it with a single text, you'd rather do something else most of the time unless you haven't fapped in a while.
When you're horny as fuck it's the best thing in the fucking world when you're nutting in some face down ass up girl you just Tindered.
But then you have really great sex with a person you actually care about and you wonder why you would want to live without this.

I literally just talked about this with my gym buddy. I recently broke up with my long-term gf. it felt like a chore at the end. he's been single for 1.5 years. In that time he's fucked 30+ women. I asked him how it felt... and he said the same thing I said about my LTR sex - everything gets boring. Variety is key. Finding self satisfaction from within yourself is key.
