I panic and worry way too much about my parents and my girlfriend's well-being. Everytime they feel stress or anxiety themselves I freak out inside and then let it out on them unintentionally. How do I not be anxious about them? I just feel scared and helpless when I can't be there for them.

Learn to identify and correct distortions.
Say your girlfriend is upset about something.
Your anxiety addled mind might say,
>Oh no, she's going to feel horrible and what if she hurts herself or cheats on me or does *bad thing*
You need to say,
>No, none of that is going to happen. She may be upset but she will be okay and I will eventually be able to be there for her and it will be enough.
It won't help much at first but the more you do it and recognize when you're over reacting, the less anxious you'll be.

What I'm about to write is true, but very, very difficult for you to accept. But you have to.
No one elected you saviour of the universe. It is not your sole and exclusive job to keep everyone safe, and you are not a failure if sometimes bad things happen.
Your job is to be there for the people you love, to try to protect them within your abilities, and to offer comfort and aid when they're down.
