That is almost positively mold. It's impossible to tell whether or not it's dangerous from a JPG on the Internet, so if you're concerned, you should call in a specialist to take care of it. Cleaning it yourself is probably a bad idea because if you don't know what you're doing you'll send mold spores all over the fucking place and that could lead to an even bigger problem, most likely.

Look into dehumidifiers.

I'm not sure if your bodily fungus problem is related, but it could be. Buy medicine for it or go to a dermatologist. If it hasn't cleared up, you should probably warn your partner or let them know that you can't make it.

Also, what would be the quickest way to heal from a fungi infection? I used creams for a few weeks but it returned. Seems that there could be a connection between the mold and the body fungi

It's possible. I don't know how likely it is, but it's certainly possible.

I'm not a specialist, so again, you should contact a professional, but from what I know, your belongings are more likely to be problematic. Mold reproduces by way of spores, and under the right conditions, mold colonies will shoot those spores into the air and they land and "plant" themselves on all kinds of shit. Fabrics, furniture, you name it. People who have their homes treated for mold are generally recommended to move to a new place and get rid of as many of their belongings as they can.

I don't think you should be alarmed just yet, though. Like I said earlier, it's impossible to tell what particular variety of mold a specimen is from a JPG on the Internet. Even if we COULD tell that it was "black mold," that doesn't mean anything. Not all black mold is toxic, and not all toxic mold is black. Furthermore, even the toxic varieties of mold only produce toxins under certain conditions.

Some questions:
Are you having breathing problems, or allergic symptoms when you're in your home (or wherever you took that picture)?

Regarding your skin infection, I don't know of any remedies outside of medication. You should see a dermatologist. Don't expect it to be cleared up by the time you meet your partner. You could possibly spread the infection to her, so please let her know and consider rescheduling.
