anyone know any good places to meet people?
i dont really have any hobbies so nothing hobby related.

take a class, in anything. These are great because they give you an excuse to meet strange people and interact with them. Stop for a moment and think about the kind of people you want to meet.
If you want to meet someone who is physically active, find entry level sport lessons such as rock climbing classes, bicycle groups, etc.
If you want to meet someone artsy, maybe art lessons, photography, that kind of stuff.
Someone more studious and focused on discussion? You could tutor ESL students, bookclubs, etc.
If you just want to go out and meet strangers about anything, find the nearest happy hour gathering on meet up.com or cooking lessons, dance lessons, etc.

Then go meet people until you find what type of people that you like. If you find that you don't like anybody, then you probably just have a shitty mindset.

Why not both? I've never actually been fat but I have several friends that are pretty chubby but really outgoing. Working out makes you feel good, so I highly recommend doing it.

Take salsa classes. I go out every Friday because of it. You'll meet a ton of men/women. Makes me look forward to every Friday.

Yeah you are overweight, lol. You definitely should start going to the gym and work on losing weight. I'm the same height as you, but I weigh 205. Your appearance does matter when meeting people, since people are much more shallow than they are willing to admit.
I'm not saying that you should wait until you lose weight to meet people, but if you feel like you must then do it.
