I am moving to Japan in 6 months as part of a new job, Of course I have to speak/understand Japanese in the work environment so I am wondering what is the best way to learn on how to speak, read and write Japanese.
Suggestions for books, apps and videos are welcomed.

I learned a decent amount from the app Human Japanese. I also used to play a MMO where I was forced to speak Japanese or risk the threat of being banned, so that helped.

Awesome, Is the app free? Got any tips to offer?

There's a free version which gives you the first couple chapters free. After that you'll have to pay for the rest of the content but it's well worth it.
As for tips, write everything down to commit it to memory. I used flash cards to help me with vocab and when I knew the word well enough I would pin it to or above the object, unless it was a phrase or something. Also, start submerging yourself in things that are Japanese. I'm far from a weeb but I enjoy watching anime and playing Japanese vidya. You'll start to be able to piece things together.
If you need Japanese in your job, surely your company is offering you Japanese courses, or will pay for them.
