How do I stop feeling inadequate, small, and helpless all the time? It's hurting every part of my life. I'm at the point where I'm drinking all day to fix this but it's starting to do more harm than good.

By standing in front of the mirror and giving yourself thumbs ups and saying "you are the best!"
By forcing yourself to NOT think negative things about yourself, unless it's constructive self-critisism about stuff you NEED to change to become a better person
By forcing yourself to think about your positive sides.

You will NEVER EVER be a happier person by drinking. Alcohol can make a happy man happier, but it will never turn an unhappy person into smiles and flowers, quite the opposite.
And the addiction is harsh as hell to quit, and your body takes serious damage until you stop.
