Hey everyone,
So I am a student and I am currently fluent in 2 languages (English and French.) I am also studying Spanish and in less than 2 years I am near fluent thanks to my French. Starting around last September, I began studying Japanese by myself as there is no program in my school or anywhere near. I have not made much progress, but I know 1 of 3 alphabets and I am working on Vocabulary, phrases etc. I am also "involved" with a Korean girl and I have recently been watching lots of Korean TV. I have not started learning Korean whatsoever, but I wondering what I should study. I originally wanted to study Japanese due to the culture, women and a close friend of mine was also studying it (and still is.) Now that I have been introduced to Korean culture and language, I am at a crossroad. I am very good with languages so It may be possible to learn both Korean and Japanese, but considering the fact that I would have to use my own time, it would take a LONG time. I am currently considering a few options: 1. Drop Japanese for Korean and continue Spanish 2. Continue Spanish and Japanese and disregard Korean 3. Try to study all 3 4. Drop Spanish and Study Korean and Japanese. I am seriously confused on what to do and I would give anything for some advice. Thank you so much for reading till the end.

What's your reason for studying Spanish?

Which language do you think you would be using the most if you learned it?

Korean women are hotter than japanese women

Korean food is better than japanese food

Korean language is easier to speak and read and write than japanese language (alphabet has 20 something characters, vs the thousands in japanese)

Korean music is not as good as japanese music (japanese have great rock bands, indie bands. Metal bands, etc., while koreans really only have kpop and kindie.)

Korean culture is all around superior to japanese imo. Japanese culture is very cheap, korean culture is more conservative but dignified. Koreans have better fashion

I say learn korean.

Japanese have no shame. Porn is widespread, lots of japanese women have been in AV videos. Korea is more conservative, making it more dignified. Porn is very taboo in korea. Perhaps we have different definitions of dignified. I don't mean posh.
