Advice for her, start small, only suck the head, lots of saliva. Use hands to work the shaft, increase depth with practice.
For you, go slow, work the outside. Flick the bean with your tongue. The bean, aka clitoris, is the part that hardens with stimulation. It is near the top of the inverted V above the vaginal opening. Start with a slow Rhythm and gradually increase rate until she starts to flex her hip flexors. One she is warmed up, slowly work a finger in while maintaining the same tongue rhythm. Once you can free slide a finger in, or two, turn your palm up an work your fingers in a "come hither" motion. Basically fingers pointed out, the retracted towards your palm. Without a hands on demonstration, it is impossible to give you more in depth instruction. All I can say is that it is all about the rhythm and her personal comfort.
