I am a senior in high school and have no work experience.
I'm hoping for a job where i do not have to interact with people, but any job that pays good is will be fine.
Im also confused about the process of receiving and cashing in paychecks.
Whats your best advice on finding a good job and handling money?

paychecks are generally cashed by depositing the check at your bank / bank-ATM. other businesses offer to wire it directly in to your account for you. i prefer a check.
as for getting a job, your first job is whatever job you can get. literally, whatever job you can get. you dont have the luxury of 'no interaction' or 'whatever will pay more'.
and as is, there are virtually no jobs that dont require some form of interaction, much less entry level. you will get over your fear of talking to people.
best advice as follows:

almost all the jobs i have had except my current one I got because someone who either worked there or knew a guy got me in.
after that, fake as much as your resume as you can. ever did any community service? if not, do some. i did one night working at a charity dinner. i stretched that to 3 months on my resume claiming that i worked for a non existent business that catered for charity dinners and i was a server there. listed an uncle as the boss. they never call, its entry level after all.
