Well, cunilingus is kinda unnatural with latex.
Wear condoms, get tested regularly. Personally I would advise to ask a girl "do you want me to wear a condom, are you on the pill?" If she says, whether reluctantly or enthusiastically, that you can go bareback, absolutely refrain from going down on her (or fucking her if you have a bad feeling about it). Do not delude yourself into thinking that she is willing to risk her own sexual health just this one time for just you.
Having said that, oral has way lower risks than penetrative sex, and not even all STDs can be transmitted this way. Still, don't do it if you know you have cuts in your mouth or bleeding gums.
And if you get a long term partner, FWBs or relationship, make sure you both get tested.
Your fear is misplaced. The average middle class white or Asian teen girl in developed countries does not have anything dangerous.
I have never really worried about it, most STDs are curable now except AIDS and herpes. I mean I always use protection but I don't think its the end of the world just to be sexually active. Just be careful, ask partners questions and gauge their reaction. Use common sense and don't feel guilty if you do catch anything, just go to the doctor.

ask your doctor for vaciinations. a lot of STDs can be vacinnated, but arent recommended just becuase they arent considered severe. you can get vacinated for HPV and never get genital warts tho!
if ur REALLLLLLY conscious, talk about getting on PrEP. its for gay men primarily to stop them from getting HIV, but if you are paranoida bout it, it protects you from hiv by up to 99%, which is more than an a condom.
of course, always wear condoms, and if you have bleeding gums, dont go down on a girl.
the only other STD you arent protected from here is herpes, which eeven with condoms only gives you a 70% protection.

Just be smart about who you fuck. My friend popped positive for hiv after an online date a couple of years ago and it fucked with me too. I was scared of pussy but if you make smart choices you should be fine. People really should be paranoid more because my friend is a good dude that cared about people but he's pretty much constantly depressed and convinced he's going to die. You can't avoid sex forever so you gotta get over your fear.
If it makes you feel better most the major sluts I know aren't disease ridden but some are and that's why you just gotta be careful. Same to women, I know dudes out there who pass herpes onto 18 year old like it's no big deal and even make jokes about it. Some people suck but if you avoid those people and wear a condom you should be fine. I've slept with some pretty nasty girls in the last few years and I get tested twice a month and have never caught anything.

it does. its a pill. basically its the treatment they've been using on people who have AIDS that suppresses the hiv. so then they started testing it and saw that it could be used to prevent you from catching it as a post exposure thing. basically what they did was if you came in and said 'i had unprotected sex, worried about aids' theyd put you on the pill for 30 days and it would stop hiv from taking hold, that was mid 2000s.
THEN they realized that they can give it to you DAILY (like the people who have hiv) and it protects you up to 99%. but you have to take the pill every day. on my insurance it was about 30 dollars for 30 days/pills. its also required that you get tested every 3 months while on it (Though many get tested even more so just with the 1 minute hiv tests that are out now).
its perfectly safe to use, generally the only side effect is a little nausea the first month, but most people i talk to dont even have that issue. most gay guys here take it daily so its becoming more and more popular.
i unfortunately cannot take it myself, i have a weirdly adverse response to it, even the PrEP specialist couldnt figure it out
