Med school in Spain is actually really tough. No wonder why Spanish medical researchers and specialists are so highly regarded.
Thing is, money is a huge issue for my family, studying medicine puts me in a position of being an economic liability (even though I get scholarships for it since I'm pretty good at what I do). The bad part about it is that at my uni, specifically, they make us work like slaves with classes from 8AM to 8PM, and we should study afterwards (I'm not even exaggerating). We can't work in anything since we don't have the time and I'm a fucking proletariat guy with enough brains to study this shit.

I'd like to study business and trading, since it's one of my biggest interests in life. I'm the type of guy that wants to be everything in this life: writer, actor, doctor, stock broker, entrepreneur... And it bugs me so much that I won't have the time for all that if I try to be a doc. I'm repeating to myself all the time that I will be paid big time, I'll have a good life doing what I want.
But I don't want to just be a "doctor".
Also, for the gf thing: even if we leave the "experience" shit aside, I feel we, as relationship, need some sugar and spice. She won't ever accept anything I offer or ask (not just anal, I'm not as dumb as you may think), just plain old boring missionary position for the sole purpose of blah blah.

Anon wants you become a doctor, your social circle will increase substantially in terms of quality. You will meet highly successful people and emulate them inorder to get yourself to the next level.
Now your interest. Being intrigued in business and finance is pretty common but requires a lot of time and dedication. I think for now you get through your hectic schedule, become licensed and then once you have a career schedule, begin reading up or networking with your friends to help you find a mentor who will teach you all the ins and outs of the business sector. Being ambitious is fantastic trait but having direction is more important.
If you have been dating your girlfriend for 5 years dude, then she is stuck on her old ways. If she is this stubborn at your age, then imagine as she gets older or if you two are married. Sexually you two are not compatible in the least. Right now you like the idea of having a girlfriend and enjoy how comfortable the routine is but anon you only live once. You need to experience as much fun and excitement as you can now before you are a career man. Yes i know your school schedule is insane but you still have flexibility in what you can do.
