>work in certain area of park for meh wage for a few months with terrible manager
>get hooked up with an internship that has me rotating around the park in other departments for double the pay
>manager at old office finally went off the deep end and is on leave for few weeks
>I get called back there to work for the rest of the internship
>now that manager is absent all of his secret deals with customers are blowing up in my fucking face and I'm getting all the shit
>turn to friends for advice and they say "Aww anon they think you're good enough to take care of things so you should consider it a compliment!"

I have never dealt with this level of workplace drama before. Do you anons have a certain tolerance threshold that you can work with in shitty conditions up to a certain point? I was planning on continuing the internship for like 3 days a week when university started but now I'm about to tell the boss lady "fuck no"

What kind of secret deals did he have with customers?
I don't understand. Were ladies getting free sno cones in exchange for sucking his dick?

An old manager fucked shit up and now they're looking to you to fix it.

If its not worth the trouble, leave.

If you feel like you could gain something from this and want to follow through and complete the task then quit bitching about how hard it is and do the job.

Every job you work is going to have its own unique shitty-ness to it. Get used to it. Don't expect anyone in any job situation to praise you and be grateful to you for doing more work than is required.

If it benefits you, stay, if it doesn't leave. That's it. If you're expecting some sort of extra consideration or a pat on the back for cleaning up someone's mess you're shit out of luck. Its just business.
