I have 21 years and started going to clubs recently (I have been a nerd almost all my life).
How do i fucking hit on the girls? im well dressed and clean (obviously) and i go with other 2 male friends but we are too shy to approach or talk to girls.
Any advice?

Well you have friends, I'd hit on girls if I had them to support one another.
Give them $100. Every time you hit on a girl they have to give you $20 back, until you get it all back. If they still have any at the end of the night, it's theirs.

Get a bit drunk to boost your self confidence, if you have any, and just hit on girls that you find attractive. You'll get rejected, sure, but there's a possibility that you'll fuck them, so don't quit, if you get rejected a couple of times. Good luck, and have a happy hunting.
Oh, it's another one of these threads. If you're going to some sort of festival, club, or concert you usually have to do drugs with girls in order to get them talking to you. The most basic and legal form of this is offering a girl you find attractive a drink.
