Because they should trust in you to know what you're doing, they should want to assist you to your goals
Delegate shit. It's not you pawning off shit you don't want to do, it's you trusting someone with a thing and it's opening an opportunity for you to do another thing they might not have the skill set for.
Some of them might be able to do something you can't, that's okay. For the sake of the team, encourage them to do so
