So everyone agrees looks are important. But does it matter if you achieve good looks naturally or not?
I mean, as long as they look good, would you care if your partner got like that through artifice?
If you're having kids it might be a deal breaker depending on what was done. Otherwise not so much.

Yes. I value "natural purity" or what have you. Knowing that their looks are artificial is repelling on both a conscious and sub-conscious level. I want good genes for my kids and all that jazz.
There's also the point that cosmetic procedures are incredibly expensive, and their willingness to drop money on that shows they probably are bad with money, care way too much about looks, or just have incompatible values with me in general. None of those point to partner-material.
If I don't have any body-modifications and can find a partner who is attracted to me, then it's reasonable for me to prefer the same out of other people.
