i feel your pain anon. My doctor subscribed me some pills but im pretty sure they're just placebos they dont seem to be having any effect. same thing happened to me just over a month ago. was seriously considering suicide until my doctor prescribed me Clonazepam. Literally saved my life.

Avoid caffeine at all cost, it accelerates anxiety.

i should also mention that I started seeibg a therapist, medication isnt a good long term solution, but the therapy has helped me to see things in a different light. I would recommend Cognitive behavioural therapy.
