My home city (San Francisco) is roughly one-third Asian/Asian American, mostly ethnic Cantonese/other SE Chinese, followed by Filipinos, but we've got folks with roots in what must be damned close to every Asian country.
I worked in the same building as a Mongolian consulate for several years, and a teller at my bank is some kind of Turkic Central Asian--either Kazakh or Kyrgyz, based on her looks, accent and name (and she's much prettier IMO than the girl you posted, who looks cute enough but not all that special). We have dozens of Thai restaurants and Viet nail salons; my grocery store is owned by a Sino-Cambodian family; our 'Japantown' is loaded with Korean businesses. I've never met a local Timorese or Bruneian, to the best of my knowledge, but if they're anywhere in the US we must have at least a couple. Similar demographics prevail in most of our suburbs and nearby cities.
This means that in the Bay Area there are literally hundreds of thousands of Asian women, ranging from FOB to all-California, many generations removed, speak with Grandma in an American accent if not just in English. Will they sleep with you? I don't know.
