Which one do you is better?

the gay st one is definitely the nicest but its hard for me to give you much of an answer without knowing things like your budget and living situation. Do you have a significant other and children or plans to have children? I also know nothing about Knoxville so I can't say anything about the surrounding community or what it would mean for your commute to work.

why even live

I assure you I can afford to live in them. Don't really want to go into my whole budget here. I do have a significant other, but she wont be moving with me right away. Our relationship is only few month old. The company I will work for is walking distance to these places. Well will be.

I think the 130 W Jackson Ave place appeals to me most, not least (but not exclusively) because it's so damned cheap, which would give you some spare cash for remodeling (I would likely redo that bathroom, personally--those bowl sinks seem dated and a little tacky to me; I'm not 100% sure about the finish of the kitchen cabinets, either). I like the brick interiors and the fact that it's been converted from an industrial space. The second one on that street has some similar appeal, too.

But I don't know how much space you need, and Gay St is obviously bigger.

>apartments
>giving your money to the ten-story jew

why would you want bleed $2k a month and never have anything to show for it

He's looking to buy, not rent... do you consider property ownership nothing to show?
