Sore how?

I work retail too and for a while I was sore like... behind my left knee on the left side, if that makes sense. Hamstring tendonitis, I think. Takes a while to heal but I got over it after a while, even though I didn't follow the medical advice of rest and ice for x amount of weeks or whatever.
