I don't have much time tonight to go into detail. To sum things up I like this girl and I think she would be more happy with me than her current boyfriend. Should I be really straight forward and aggressive with her about it. Or take things slow and try to build a friendship first before going all out?

A. Not every girl can be stolen, especially if they're content in their relationship.
B. If a girl can be stolen, it's almost a guarantee that she will leave you as soon as something better comes along, which it definitely will given enough time.
C. Helping someone with personal issues ("her disorders") is an awful way to start a relationship. And so is being aggressive.
Just act normal and not creepy and/or weird. It's fine to be friends but don't have expectations and try to get to know her better. If you want it to work out, you'll wait for her to leave her boyfriend of her own volition.
