So I went over to a guys house last night and we hung out and watched some tv and had sex. Then somehow the subject of his girlfriend got brought up and things got really awkward. We had both been drinking and it seemed to really effect him. I don't want to date him or anything and I could see where he was coming from. We started having sex again and I could tell his head was in a different place and I kept asking him if he was alright. He eventually just pulled out and we fell asleep. I woke up at like 6 am and snuck out without saying goodbye. Should I text him or just leave it alone? We go to school together so we will have to see each other again either way.
I should clarify that it was his ex girlfriend

He's most likely not completely over his ex. The sex you had with him most likely helped him. I would text him telling him to let you know when he wants to do that again.
