I used to starve myself in high school. The summer I was going into freshman year I lost twenty pounds (give or take) from 112 to 90 lbs. I've since stopped doing that but the anorexia mentality still plagues me on a day to day basis. I'm sitting right at 102 lbs and I hate the way my body looks. I'm awkwardly skinny--not hot skinny. My butt is flat, but fat. My midsection seems to grow inches by the day, and my face is already naturally pudgy. So here's my question for the day: I'm feeling really fat and ugly and gross about myself but I'm hungry. Should I eat this organic frozen dinner I got (270 calories) or just drink some tea and go to bed??
