I'm pretty sure it was the shrimp I ate last night, but since about noon today I've been really sick. Any advice on getting through food poisoning?

Feels like my body is trying to expel everything inside it any way it can. It's horrible

All liquid diet. Jello, electrolytes, soup. Give it a day or two. If it gets worse within a day, go see your local doctor.
