Anyways guys i need some real knowledge here right now and please help me. I'm losing my head over it lately.

The shape of my legs are killing me. I only think about how weird they look. .

Anyways can anyone tell me what's up with my legs?

I'm 20 yo, 175 cm, 75-76 kg (between 20 & 25% body fat)

Nigga, REALLY??? Your legs look fucking fine, if you're that upset about them go hit the gym and do a ton of squats. This has got to be the dumbest post I've ever seen on here, even worse than the virgin/kissless posts and Depression posts.

So you have repeatedly made these threads and continue to do it so? Why? Why not just make an appointment for a specialist and be done with it? You have to take everything with more than just a grain of salt here, especially when it comes to health related concerns, because the replies can range from one end of the spectrum to the other.

Really though, see a specialist, at first glance they seem okay, maybe your upper thigh muscles in the front above the knee are not in the right place, have turned a bit etc, one higher than the other (there are 3 that you can easily seperate if legs are somewhat muscular). That can cause some extra pressure on the knees and probably the other muscles/tendons as well

You have slightly disproportionately strong calves, but its nothing major. It might have been caused by you being fat in the past, by a lot of hillclimbing (maybe you walked to school as a kid?) or just by lucky genetics.

If anything it looks good.

Anyway, its very difficult to change calf size so if you really want to change this non-issue, start doing barbell squats to bulk up your quadriceps to a similar level. You can read the fit sticky or ask there if you want to pursue this option.

And I'm probably going to do that in the next week and see what can be done.

The knees are not my problem it's the legs in one that are bothering me. Got a better pic maybe you guys can now see what I'm talking about

Yeah you got that right. As a kid i was a little athlete. Always playing all kind of sports. Until I've got sick and sent to hospital for 3 months where the only thing I've done was eat and sleep. No extreme moving around for 3 months like before I've got sick. No more all day activities like soccer/basketball and stuff like that

A very solid beginners program for novices who are unsure of form, nutrition, etc, is Starting Strength.

Starting Strength will not make you look better, but it will make you very strong and build a lot of muscle in a short amount of time. What most people do is Starting Strength for 6 months to gain a strength "base", before dieting down with a different program to lose weight and get ripped afterwards.

Starting Strength is very easy, it is a one hour workout, 3 times a week. In terms of diet, you just need to eat at a slight caloric surplus.
