Everything I watch and enjoy just ends up being ruined for me by needless and plentiful sex scenes and time wasted on romantic shit. How do I cope with this and enjoy the parts of things I do enjoy

Stop watching TV.

I haven't watched a tv series since SciFi's Battlestar Galactica. And even that had plenty of sex stuff.

Now I just watch movies (not so much lately with all the remake/sequel/prequel/reboot bullshit), anime, YouTube oc, etc.
