Hey so I've been thinking about this all week - a good friend of mine "made a move" (by which I mean kissed me and touched my ass lolllllll) without my consent. We talked it out and I was able to say I wasn't interested, and since I've been friends with this dude for a while I feel like he's a good person - but I also feel like he's perpetuating a lack of consent and I wanted to talk about it to him.
I've been thinking of saying something along the lines of "hey, I wasn't really feeling it the other night and I know we cleared that up, but in the future, it would be good to ask first rather than just go for it. Confidence is cool, but I don't really consider kissing someone out of nowhere "making the first move" as much as just "taking them by surprise" "
Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this? I really think this guy is someone who could really move forward from this experience being able to like, do good, and I'd like to let this be a "call in" experience where he can learn from his mistakes
