So my ex and I broke up about a week ago and she started to text me that she was spotting, that she could be pregnant but it might just be nothing. She's been on the Depo shot for about a month and she started to spot just now, so to you anon's does it mean that she's pregnant. She said she would have to wait a week to take a pregnancy test. What should I do if I can do anything about it.

I'm on the shot too and that's perfectly normal. It can stop your period altogether too, or give you an ending one. It really fucks with your body, so I'd say you have nothing to worry about.
